Play competitive

The opportunity to play competitive team sports
U.K. is famous for its competitive team sports, a staple at every university and school in the country. The U.K. has one of the fastest and well-organised urban and inter-urban transport systems, an ideal tool for getting around and escaping Dementors. Sure, it’s not exactly like passing through walls in the station at King’s Cross, but you’ll reach your destination so fast that it might feel like you’ve magically teleported there.
It is believed to build character, self-discipline, teamwork, resilience, health and competitiveness. The most popular team sports in U.K. universities are cricket, basketball and football (soccer), but you could always help organise your own quidditch league and competition. Go Gryffindor!
